Returns
Due to the digital nature of the files, I do not offer returns on my building instructions that you ordered unless I can see that you have not yet attempted to access / download the items from this website.
Please note: All of my instructions products are digital files you are provided with download links to. No physical items are sent, as parts are NOT included.
Refunds
I will only issue a refund if you have not yet attempted to access or download the files from the site. [All download clicks and server requests are tracked and counted through the system, even if the download popup may have been blocked or other impeded by your browser settings. Please contact me if you are having this issue.]
Desired refunds must be requested within 3 days of purchase and a credit will be returned to the same form of payment you made your purchase from. There are no restocking fees as the instructions products are digital. You can request a return from my contact page.
